You must be 21 years or older in order to book a room at the Anime NebrasKon-partnered Hotels. If you are under the age of 21 by the time of the convention, please make the appropriate sleeping arrangements with an individual of age. When booking your room at the Anime NebrasKon partnered hotels, please make sure you have a valid credit or debit card.

Please be aware that if you plan to utilize a debit card for your reservation, the hotel may ask for a security deposit upon check-in.

You need to enter your credit/debit card information in order to secure your room reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of your reservation. You’ll need this credit/debit card again when you check in at the hotel.

If you are intending to pay in cash you will still be required to place a credit/debit card on file when making your initial reservation. Upon check-in, please inform the hotel that you intend to pay in cash instead of the card on file. The hotel may ask you to provide a damage deposit upon request; the deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of the guest room at departure.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, there is no charge for canceling your reservation. If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, the credit/debit card you used for the reservation may be charged for the equivalent of one (1) night’s stay at the hotel.

The room rates for all hotels are valid from the Thursday before con to the following Monday.

Rollaway beds will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel(s) have a limited number of rollaway beds available for use and when they run out, they run out. For this reason, we strongly recommend that attendees do not rely on being able to get rollaway beds when figuring out sleeping arrangements.

No. Although some reservations are inevitably canceled, the odds of being able to get a room at the hotel(s) without making a reservation in advance are effectively zero.

Yes! Because we sell out the entire hotel each year, we’ll be partnering with other hotels in the area to ensure Anime NebrasKon attendees get discounted rates.

Sorry, but we can’t help you out there; if the hotel is full there’s nothing we can do. We encourage you to try one of our partnered hotels to see if you can get a room nearby.
