Of course! Your badge is valid for re-entry, so you can skip the registration line and go straight to the bag check at the venue’s entrance. We do not offer replacement badges, so make sure you don’t forget your badge!

General

• 3-day at-door & online registration after mailing cut-off date (Aug 24th): $60

**Please note that we only offer 1 (one) or 3 (three) day badges. If you’re planning on attending 2 (two) days, it is still more time and cost-effective to purchase the 3-day badge.

Group discount *only available through Eventbrite

Yes! Our group rate applies when you pre-register on Eventbrite with 8 or more people, and makes each badge eligible for a $5.00 discount. Group rates are only available for purchase on Eventbrite during preregistration by selecting the group rate option.

Volunteering

You can also get some or all of your badge purchase price refunded if you volunteer during the convention. See the volunteering page for more information, or email volunteer@animenebraskon.com.

If you go to our hotel room reservation page, you will be able to select a variety of hotel rooms to book from.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, there is no charge for canceling your reservation. If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, the credit/debit card you used for the reservation may be charged for the equivalent of one (1) night’s stay at the hotel.

The room rates for all hotels are valid from the Thursday before con to the following Monday.

Rollaway beds will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel(s) have a limited number of rollaway beds available for use and when they run out, they run out. For this reason, we strongly recommend that attendees do not rely on being able to get rollaway beds when figuring out sleeping arrangements.

No. Although some reservations are inevitably canceled, the odds of being able to get a room at the hotel(s) without making a reservation in advance are effectively zero.

Yes! Because we sell out the entire hotel each year, we’ll be partnering with other hotels in the area to ensure Anime NebrasKon attendees get discounted rates.

Sorry, but we can’t help you out there; if the hotel is full there’s nothing we can do. We encourage you to try one of our partnered hotels to see if you can get a room nearby.
